Baby and me fitness classes with a difference.

 Baby and Me, Fun and Fitness

B.A.M not only provides fitness classes, but a place for you to include and connect with your baby. Get fitter and lose weigh whilst playing!

Sessions include themed sensory play to also exercise and encourage your baby.
With the equipment we have available we offer a unique class for both you and your baby to enjoy. Come along and see what we are about! Classes open to non mobile babies.

Classes are limited to 10 places so booking is essential.

• Classes run on Saturdays - See time table for more information
Location – East Park community room (Opposite the disabled toilet near the cafe)
• Cost – £3 per session, or if it's your first US Mums session, it's free!

• Different exercises and sensory themes each class

The class price is for 1 adult and 1 child.  Every individual child must be accompanied by an individual adult

What is the class about?

  •    You can take the fitness class at your own pace, exercises will be set to suit all levels
  •    The class includes building core strength and improving posture, to reduce mummies tummy
  •    Increases fitness and endurance
  •    Benefits people of all fitness levels

Time Table

Classes currently only run in East Park on a Saturday, but watch out as we hope to expand soon.

Morning Class

10.30am to 12noon Fitness, baby and me. Get fit while playing with baby!
