You can get fitter whilst playing!

Baby and Me session not only provides a great exercise class for new mums (all exercises adjusted to your individual fitness level), but also a place for you to include and connect with your baby.

The session include themed sensory play to also exercise & encourage your baby. With the equipment we have available we offer a unique class for both you and your baby to enjoy.

Come along and see what this session is about!

Price per session is £3. Keep in mind if this is your first session with Us Mums it is for free. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to fill in registration forms.

What Can I eat?

Whilst pregnant or breast feeding you should not be trying to lose weight. However, if you are eating right and exercising safely, you may find you lose some extra weight any way.
Breast feeding alone burns 500 calories a day and if you're pregnant - let's not forget how much energy your baby is taking up!
